Shayna is the creative hand behind the Carnelian Nook, crafting products and connecting with clients. Acting as an ARC reader for many authors, including Elizabeth Helen, Raven Stevens, and L.R. Friedman, Shayna is dedicated to working with readers and authors alike to foster a community of book lovers. Additionally, she is an avid member of several literary associations, book events, and signings, centering herself in the deepest cracks of the bookish-universe. Years of working in hospitality and sales has brought her to Carnelian to establish a sustainable business where people from all walks of life feel accepted, without judgement because, let’s face it, we are all a little weird.

Shayna’s favorite book series is The Bonds that Tie by J. Bree and her comfort series is Beasts of the Briar by Elizabeth Helen.
